February 12, 2009 I'm going to paint some horses that a friend of mine considers family. This is a preliminary sketch from a photo of two young males, Squall and Pickle, who like to play.

Lava Lamp Moon
February 3, 2009My daughter has asked me to paint the moon for her. So here it is, a 24 x 24 canvas. She found a neat space-view photo showing the terrain and cloud cover and the various 'potholes.' I abstracted a lot of it -- had a lot of fun.
