Before Wii

11 x 14 oil on panel, SOLD
My sisters and I were monkeys. In 1967 you had to entertain yourself, there was no Wii. We were not exactly ladylike girls...

LOL Camille! I love your sense of humor and this is perfect! What an awesome composition and who hasn't done this as a kid? (I have a photo that is even more embarrassing that a sibling shot when I wasn't looking...obviously! LOL) Perfect composition, well-painted, fun and humorous!

Bada bum!!! This one's a lot of fun Camille. Wii will probably have a game that looks like this, if they don't already.

Thank you so much, Sherry! (please tell me if I'm spelling that wrong)
I hope you know how much I sincerely appreciate all the supportive things you have had to say here on my blog.

Camille, I visit the blogs I do because I love the work and what I say I mean, truly. And thank you for thanking me, by the way. And yes, you do indeed have the spelling of my name correct! Wish I had the nerve to show you my even more indelicate photo but trust me, it is bad. Rotten sibling to have taken a photo of me in that pose! LOLOL

Thank you, Vern, Linda, Carol and Julie! I had a blast doing this. I have tinkered with it since I posted it, changed a few details on the legs that weren't quite right. The little sister in the yellow shorts said she HAS to have this painting :D
